RESTAURANT PANORAMA
The Panorama Restaurant has a capacity of 66 seats, 46 seats in the main section and 20 seats in a separate lounge. It offers private seating in separate boxes and the possibility of setting up a single festive table for up to 16 guests. The restaurant is air-conditioned and non-smoking. The hotel restaurant is open to hotel guests and the public from 6:30 a.m. on weekdays and from 8:00 a.m. on weekends, when breakfast is served in the form of a buffet and à la carte dishes.
The Panorama Restaurant team, led by chef Daniel Rajchl, places the utmost emphasis on the freshness and quality of ingredients. We purchase most of our ingredients from local breeders and farmers. Our chefs prepare their own broths, demi-glace, sauces, pasta, dumplings, and other delicious dishes without using any semi-finished products. The menu consists of traditional local dishes and our guests’ favorite specialties, such as Italian dishes, fresh fish, and seafood.
The high-quality cuisine is complemented by a wide range of beverages. The restaurant staff will offer you natural drinks made from fresh fruit and vegetable juices, non-alcoholic beverages from regional producers, beers from local and Pilsen breweries, Moravian and foreign wines, and our own Michael caffè brand coffee to accompany your meal and pleasant seating with a view of the Orlické Mountains.
WE BAKE PANORAMA RYE BREAD FOR YOU, WHICH YOU CAN ENJOY EVERY DAY FOR BREAKFAST.
